Antitrust and competition law
Boszko & Partners renders advisory services within broadly defined competition law, focusing in particular on the issues of notifying an intention of concentration and issues regarding practices considered as abusing a dominant position. The services rendered by Boszko & Partners also include the issues regarding the prohibition on entering into agreements that restrict competition, acts of unfair competition and unfair market practices.
Our experience:
- Preparing analyses of activities planned and carried out by clients to assess their compliance with unfair competition regulations, conducting negotiations and representing clients in related disputes,
- Notifying the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection of the intention of concentration, including drawing up full documentation connected with the notification (analysis of relevant markets, storing the Information and Document List – WID) and representing clients in proceedings before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection,
- Preparing appeals against the decision of the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection regarding an obligation to notify an intention of concentration and representing clients before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection,
- Representing clients before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in matters connected with a suspicion of committing an act of unfair competition,
- Ongoing assessment of planned marketing activities of our clients in terms of compliance with unfair competition regulations.
